Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The product must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items :
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Used sunglasses or items with scratches or damage
Items purchased during sale or clearance
Customized or personalized products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
